Add some sparkle to your wedding reception in a dazzling way
There’s nothing to say “glamour” more than beautifully incorporated glitter and sparkle – but how do you pull off a wedding inspired by this wonderfully luxurious and stylish element? We have gathered some dazzling inspiring tips to help you incorporate sparkle into your wedding – so read on if you want to find out more.
Sequins on the tables. A sparkly table runner or even an entire sparkly table cloth can look absolutely gorgeous when paired with the right elements. For instance, a table runner with sequins will look best when paired with simple table linens. Also, table cloths made entirely out of sequins can look fabulous when they are paired with complementary elements on the table (e.g. black glittery table covers with gold eating utensils and centerpiece vases).
Crystals in the décor. You don’t have to settle for the sequins if you want to add sparkle in an elegant way – crystals can do it very well too. Hang them in the wedding centerpieces and in other elements of the décor to refract light and make everything pop with old-school luxuriousness and elegance.
Glamor on the chairs. Want to add sparkle around the table, but still want to keep the table themselves simple and elegant? Add some glitter to your chairs, then! For instance, gold sequins chair covers or lace with beads and sequins can look fantastic with a table covered with a rose gold or champagne gold table linen. Add a pastel centerpiece with a bright pop of color too.
Vintage sparkles in the décor. Another classy way to add sparkles to your wedding is by decorating different parts of it with vintage-looking sparkly brooches. They can look really great in your wedding bouquet, at the corners of the tables with a “waterfall of fabric”, to hold draping, chair sashes or in the centerpieces.
